JESSICA LIPSCOMB earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver.  After college Jessica returned to her native Oregon and began a career in the high-tech industry.  She worked for both Tektronix and Intel Corporation in a variety of roles from production planning to marketing before pursing her love of real estate. This high tech experience honed Jessica’s natural talents for organization and negotiation. She also has the tenacity to complete transactions to the highest standards. Jessica has lived in NW Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, and now resides in North Plains with her husband, Mark, daughter Alexia, and son Caplin.

ROBYN HARTMEYER attended the University of Denver where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Communications.  She is native to Colorado, grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and then moved to Oregon in 2003. Robyn has extensive experience in teaching and sales, and is passionate about real estate as she thrives on the connection with her clients.  Robyn likes to understand the buyers, sellers or investors goals and make them happen.  She enjoys the outdoors: camping, hiking, skiing, and snowboarding, and now   lives in SW Portland with her husband, Michael, son Parker, and their animals Kodiak, Kenai, and Kona. 

LAUREL SCHALLICH, a long-time Oregon resident, has had the opportunity to live in different parts of this country and Canada but has always returned to Oregon.  Laurel brings expertise in both relocation and country properties.  She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Colorado State University, and is the design specialist for Red Horse Staging.  Laurel stages all of the homes listed by the Robyn and Jessica team.  Laurel lives in rural Washington county with her husband, Tim and her horses. 

SHANA NYHUS brings to the Robyn and Jessica team a varied and broad work experience in the high tech industry. Serving in various roles at Intel Corporation, from industrial engineer to product marketing engineer, she has learned the value of over-communication and over-serving the needs of the customer. Shana is a native Oregonian and currently resides in northwest Portland, with her husband Paul, sons Evan and Grant, and daughter Melia. Shana received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University.
